CONTRACT

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us making you aware that we have received your order (please contact us if you do not receive this e-mail). Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full, it is then a contract has been formed. As soon as you place your order, we start to process your order which means you will not be able to change it before delivery, but you are able to return your items by following the steps on our returns policy.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

TheGymEdition is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of an error regarding the products sold appearing on our website. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All products are subject to availability. In the event we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount that was taken from the card. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. TheGymEdition will not offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

GENERAL TERMS AND PAYMENT

Terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are ruled by the English Law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. TheGymEdition accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
