Really well set out, there's no unnecessary quotes or pages that don't help, everything is in there for a reason and it's clearly made to help you hit your goals. Been using it a couple weeks now, and my sessions are feeling more structured and intense - looking forward to getting stronger and shifting the extra weight

There's a reason why so many people go to the gym every day yet they look the same, it's because they lack structure, a plan and a goal. If you're not tracking your session you're missing out on progress. This is by far the most informative and well structured journal out there. Kudos
