100% helps make progress

I always explain to my PT clients why it's so important to track their sessions and progress. There's a reason why so many people go to the gym every day yet they look the same, it's because they lack structure, a plan and a goal. This is by far the most informative and well structured journal out there. Very happy to recommend this to all my client

I can't believe the amount of valuable information in the first 10 pages, regarding workout splits, rest days, compounds vs isolations and much more, this is very comprehensive and whether you're experienced or new to the gym, I would recommend this to everyone.
