fantastic quality and content

Was given this as a birthday present earlier this month and I love it. I hate loud things and bold colours, this is so nice and professional and most importantly very goal-driven!

Got these to start using in the new year

Always loved going to the gym but I feel like I havent got stronger or focused on losing weight for a while. Really want to make big progress in 2024, no more excuses, I know these journals are going to help me train harder, eat better and get into shape.

such great journals

It's changed my life, no other way to put it. Very old school technique but it works, simple. I write my goals, track my food and workouts, and surprise from being consistent and putting in the work i'm looking and feeling so much better. Just ordered another pack for my wife.

Best duo in fitness

Don't train without my fitness journal and I track and plan what I want to eat for the day using my nutrition journal. Since September 1st i've lost a lot of body fat but also got stronger at the same time. Feeling more confident every day

Very premium in design and material. Structure is the best I've seen. Will continue using Gym Edition journals for a long long time - highly recommend
