Printing can have an impact on the environment, so we at TheGymEdition are committed to reducing ours by ensuring that every part of the printing process is as efficient as possible.
- Our pre-press methods don't use chemicals, developers or fixers. We recycle all our plates and don’t leave waste liquids.
- We use paper stocks from well-managed sources or use recycled stocks.
- Vegetable oil-based inks are used in place of pure oil inks
- Trimmings and offcuts are kept to a minimum and are always recycled
- Waste is reduced as much as possible, and disposed of via a licensed agency
We work quickly and unfortunately this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once you have made the purchase. You are also unable to swap products, change your delivery address and change payment methods.
You can return unwanted orders to us for a refund within the return period of 14 days.
The amount of time your journal will last will depend on how many days you train in a week.

2 days a week your journal will last 81 weeks
3 days a week your journal will last 54 weeks
4 days a week your journal will last 40 weeks
5 days a week your journal will last 32 weeks
6 days a week your journal will last 26 weeks
We do not recommend using your journal 7 days a week, your body needs a rest day!
